About This Project

This was a design build. New three story, 100-man barracks building which include common area, (44) 2-bedroom units with kitchen. New utilities to building, parking lot, and street work, and outdoor recreation facilities.

Our work consisted of installation of all electrical systems inside building including: wiring, light fixtures, panels, devices, fire alarm, and telephone raceway. We constructed all electrical and tele/data systems outside including: secondary power, tele/data raceway, TV headbolts, and parking and walkway lighting. We also handled the set-up, training, testing and commissioning for these systems.

This project was completed on time and within budget.
