About This Project

This was a new design build project located in Seward, Alaska. Construction of Administrative Building with four remote residential care facility buildings for housing and care of elderly Alaskans.

Installations consisted of site power, lighting, and communication backbone, power and control for mechanical systems, lighting and control systems, full interconnected fire alarm system, nurse call system, data/comm installations, and building automation controls interface.

This project was completed on time and within budget.
