About This Project

This project was located on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. It was a design/build of a 20,798 sq. ft. addition to the existing LO phase one facility completed in 2008.
A major portion of work involved adding two, additional paint booth bays, effectively doubling the facility capacity to apply low observable coating to the F-22 aircraft. Project required new electrical service and included office and additional HVAC and support systems.
Work performed includes installation of electrical systems, Mass Notification System, Fire Alarm System, PA System, Intrusion Detection System and Tele/Data Systems.
Project completed on time and on budget.
